EncoreClip is a product of OMEB LLC. This policy explains what information is collected through the EncoreClip pre-launch website and how it is used.
Information collected
When you request early access, EncoreClip collects the email address you submit and records your consent and subscription status. Standard technical information may also be processed to operate and protect the form, such as browser, device, IP address, and anti-spam verification data.
How information is used
Your information is used to confirm your subscription, provide EncoreClip development updates, invite selected subscribers to early-access testing, and understand interest in the product. EncoreClip does not sell or rent subscriber information.
Email and form providers
Signup information is processed through MailerLite, which provides the subscription form, confirmation process, subscriber management, and email delivery. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam submissions. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. You may also request access to or deletion of your subscription information.
Data retention
Subscriber information is retained while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably necessary to administer the early-access program and meet applicable legal obligations.
